In 2025, I will be offering fewer 1:1 sessions as my work has transitioned online and toward group events and travels. This year, I will journey to Iceland and 2x Egypt, working with Earth's crystalline grid. If you'd like to join & be on the waiting list, please send me an email.
This will also be the final year to book a live 1:1 channeling session. Starting in early 2026, I will work exclusively online and only host in-person group gatherings.

Hi there, welcome!
I'm Helena, a Ceremonialist, Channeller and a Midwife's Apprentice. Through channeling I help pregnant women before, during & after birth and I offer sessions to whomever feels drawn to my medicine. When I'm in Ceremony I tap into multidimensional worlds and take you on a journey with me. Together we translate messages from your spirit guides and integrate it on all levels.
I do not heal you, you heal yourself, I am purely here to remind you of your wholeness, your Perfect Self!
In a time/space on earth that is a multi-verse of Verses and universes - the spoken - the said - amongst the tracking that I do consistently to find authenticity and truth I find Helena. A being that from the first encounter I felt at home with, that somatic and heart-Felt harmony with another which to me defines them as family of Source. There is not much that such encounters need to verify by way of trust, synergy.. love - it simply IS.
From that initial meeting I can now reflect upon her gift as a channel following a mystical experience and journey in Iceland. The depth of her calling is sincere and profound as well as the committment to serve at this time of human/earth evolution. On many occasions when I engage with wisdom coming through us humans, I more often find the human experience - less than human so to speak. What is so utterly refreshing and compelling about being in the company of Helena is her humanity, the sister I find is at ease with herself and as an extension those around her. Willing to sense into the emotions and energies that come up with deep compassion, humour and clarity.
What I am sensing is the getting to know a human sister as well as a galactic re-Source that shines bright with the alchemy of humility and power that I belive is so called upon in this season of seasons. It is an honour to have begun this journey with her particular gifts of transmitting and remembering who we are.

I found The Lemon Lodge and this woman in a time in my life where death and loss has happened and I felt partly very lost. A breathwork session as well as a private healing session led me to a different state of mind - not only during the session where Helena guided me through in a very gentle, sensitive, sensual and emotionally safe and fun way, a transformation started after.
I feel different, have a different perception of me and what has happened, I can accept, let go of parts and gained new ones. I feel better, centred - in other words: healed.

Since I got sick and have been struggling with long-covid, with everything I tried to get better, I made the biggest shifts with Helena. She can flawlessly tune into your energy and detect where the blockages are, both physically and mentally! For example, after being dizzy for a year, she helped me get rid of it! After 1 session it was gone! She has also helped me with blockages in relationships with others and with myself 😊 The special and nice thing is that in addition to very enlightening insights, she also gives you great tools to get started healing yourself.
Helena really has a huge experience and a very deep love for her profession and that is why she is REALLY good. And fortunately, in addition to her spiritual side, she is also down to earth with a lot of humor 🤩 Which makes the special sessions also a fun experience.
After the sessions I always feel lighter and have certainly increased a fair number of frequencies 🥰
