Start your day with a guided movement practice that allows you to reveal your needs of the day. Through feeling, releasing and listening we build up a deeper understanding of our nervous system. This practice is a combination of Synergy yoga, intuitive movements and breathwork.
Synergy Yoga is derived from physiotherapy and is extremely good for injuries/tightness and to improve body awareness & technique.
Helena is a certified yoga teacher for 10+ years. At the moment she offers a mix of all the studies she has done on the somatic & physical body. This has led her to focus on a gentle approach to listen to the impulse that comes from within the body. Her teachings have been mostly derived from Synergy Yoga taught by Simon Borg. Jim Harrington, specialist in working with athletes, and Ringo from the Bone&Body clinic, have brought her the additional knowledge to provide an integrated safe practice for beginner to advanced.
